Bill Santiago has been a vital part of our company since the very beginning. As Director of Technical Services, Bill handled everything from installing receivers to working on computer systems and networks. "There was nothing he couldn't do," said Randy Bourdon. The Senior Network Engineer first met Bill on the softball field. From teammates to friends, it wasn't long before Bill recommended Randy for a supporting role on Rapid's expanding technical team. "He taught me everything he knew," said Randy, who worked with Bill for nearly 20 years. Side-by-side, the two traveled all over the country. Attending trade shows, visiting Dealers, installing IP links, "We did whatever it took to get the job done." For many years, Bill was our "go-to" for anything technical. After 29 years of unwavering dedication, Bill retired this summer, leaving behind a legacy we will always cherish. We’ll miss seeing him around HQ, but no matter what, Bill will always be a part of #TeamRapid.

The event offered our team valuable resources and tools to help them thrive both personally and professionally, encouraging a balanced approach to wellness every day. This month, we came together to raise awareness for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. From coast to coast, we rallied to support this vital organization that provides education and resources for those navigating mental health challenges, as well as community groups for loved ones impacted by suicide. In Syracuse, we marched proudly at the Out of the Darkness Community Walk, but that's not all. Together, our three offices managed to exceed Rapid's fundraising goal! Shoutout to everyone who helped make this happen. Your contributions can make a difference in breaking the stigma that silences those struggling.

This October, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we donated to the The Saint Agatha Foundation which supports breast cancer patients through financial assistance programs. We stand alongside those bravely fighting, celebrate the strength of survivors, and honor the memory of those we've lost. Together, we remain united in the fight against breast cancer.
