🌍 Powering Change: PrepayPower Partners with Tuath Housing and EnergyCloud 🌿 At PrepayPower, we’re thrilled to share the success of our pilot project with Tuath Housing and EnergyCloud, delivering free renewable energy to 26 homes in Dublin since May 2024. This initiative channels surplus renewable energy—otherwise wasted—into powering heat pumps and essential home services, making a tangible impact on families as we approach the winter months. 💡 Key Highlights: Over 600 kWh of free electricity delivered Equivalent to: • 463 wash loads • 446 dishwasher cycles • 512 electric showers This project not only supports families financially but also contributes to Ireland’s green energy transition by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Tracy Tuffin, Head of Residential Business Sales at PrepayPower: “Providing over 600 kWh of free energy will have a significant financial impact for these families, especially as we enter the winter months when energy demands and costs inevitably rise. Last week, our Sports and Wellness Committee joined 7,500 runners to support an inspiring cause. Run in the Dark is a global movement that unites runners across four continents lighting up the night in support of curing paralysis. Participants walk or run 5k or 10k to make a difference and bring hope for a cure within our lifetime. Last Saturday, PrepayPower and Yuno Energy employees had an amazing day out, thanks to the fantastic Sports & Wellness Committee, led by Kealan Flynn, our Telesales Supervisor. 🙌 We took on the Cuilcagh Mountain boardwalk, famously known as the "Stairway to Heaven," in Co. Fermanagh! 🌄 It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with colleagues from different departments, including Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Software Development, HR, and more. It was great to see everyone come together, especially those who don’t always cross paths in the daily hustle. We believe in encouraging team bonding, and this event, filled with stunning views and team spirit, was the perfect setting for it!
