Today we get to share something really special. Irish Life is joining Project All Rise as their Wellbeing Sponsor â and this is a partnership built on shared values, not just shared logos. Project All Rise, are focused on one core belief: when different ways of thinking and learning are enabled, every learner â and every community â can thrive. Irish Lifeâs commitment to wellbeing, belonging, and long-term social impact aligns with that belief. Together, we are embedding neuroinclusive practice in everyday school life, connecting wellbeing and neurodiversity so every young person feels understood, safe, and valued, and ensuring educators across Ireland can access Project All Rise Season One free of charge. Through short films, lived-experience stories, and live events, Project All Rise supports educators to build confidence in enabling neurodiversity â without adding to their workload. Irish Lifeâs support as Wellbeing Sponsor want to help to bring this to more schools, more staffrooms, and ultimately more learners. We are proud to stand alongside a partner who sees wellbeing as more than a buzzword â and understands that real inclusion is central to it. If you are an educator or school leader, you can now register to join the founding group of schools at: www.projectallrise.com. Here is to building a culture where different thinkers can belong, be well, and rise.
Saturday, the 21st March marked World Down Syndrome Day â a global celebration of the lives, talents and rights of people with Down syndrome. At Irish Life, inclusion is at the heart of who we are. Our Able Life Employee Resource Group is proud to partner with the Trinity Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities (TCPID), helping to create pathways to meaningful employment through work placements, mentoring and paid internships that build skills and confidence. As part of this partnership, weâre delighted to welcome Conor OâDonnell to Irish Life for an eightâweek placement with our Internal Communications & Engagement team, Financial Planning, and in support of our PâTech programme. Conorâs journey is a powerful reminder of the value of genuine inclusion and the impact of creating space for every colleague to succeed as their authentic self. At Irish Life, we remain committed to building a workplace where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to thrive. Our partnerships and initiatives reflect that commitment, and we look forward to continuing this important work across our organisation and communities.
Today, on Employee Appreciation Day, we are celebrating our colleagues who make Irish Life such a special place to work â not just today, but every day. This week we took our peer-to-peerâŻValues in ActionâŻAwards on tour, setting up a lunchtime activation in our offices with branded cupcakes and an on-the-spot nomination station. Colleagues could pause, say thank you, and nominate someone who brings our EPICC customer promises to life whether through exceptional teamwork, going the extra mile for customers, or supporting others behind the scenes. OurâŻValues in ActionâŻprogramme empowers employees to recognise one another for living our values in real, tangible ways. Every nomination tells a story of someone making a difference, and we are delighted to see so many of those stories being shared. Employee Appreciation Day is a timely reminder that recognition does not have to wait for a big event. A simple âthank youâ â or a nomination to ourâŻValues in ActionâŻAwards â can have a real impact. To everyone at Irish Life: thank you for the energy, care and commitment you bring every day to helping our customers â and each other â build better futures.

Itâs hard to believe that itâs been two years since we broke ground on the redevelopment of our primary office block at the Irish Life Campus in Dublin 1 â how time flies! With demolition and structural works behind us, the focus has shifted to the internal fit-out. Over the past few weeks, the scaffolding has started to come down, and itâs been exciting to see the scale of the transformation come to life. There is a real buzz around the campus as we look forward to moving-in early next year. This redevelopment with Walls Construction Limited marks a significant milestone for Irish Life â delivering a modern, energy-efficient workplace that supports flexibility, collaboration, and our contribution towards a net zero future. It also reinforces our long-standing connection to Dublin 1, the place we proudly called home and from where weâve grown to become one of Irelandâs leading financial services providers.
We were delighted to welcome 14 students from local schools Larkin Community College and Marino College to Irish Life as part of the Pathways in Technology (P-Tech) programme. We have a long history of working with students as part of this programme, and itâs always a highlight of the year to get to meet the students and take-in the youthful energy that they bring to our campus! â Over three weeks, students immerse themselves in Irish Life and project work that goes towards their National College of Ireland L6 Certificate in P-Techâ.
