Amazon Software Developer Salaries

Can someone shed some light on the comp at Amazon between Engineering/dev roles vs Supply Chain PM roles? Does a L5 engineer/sde make the same as a L5 Supply chain pm? Or is L5 engg closer to L6 supply chain PM when it comes to comp?

Hi everyone. I'd like to get your thoughts on whether I'm overthinking this. I recently completed an interview with a hiring manager for a new position outside of Amazon. After my interview, I looked up the interviewer on LinkedIn (I didn't know their name before the interview) and discovered that they have around 4 years less work experience than me. Aside from that, the job duties and compensation match my expectations. Do you see any concerns about this? Thanks

I will be completing my first year at Amazon next week so I will be having my first Forte (not scheduled yet). For what I’ve been reading, people are not too excited about this year’s compensation… what should I expect? Also, when is the Forte review usually done? TY
