Pros

- There are still great colleagues that choose to be positive and professional. - From project to project, things are different, but generally all colleagues try to be team players.

Cons

- The C-line Management has immature leaders that are ego-driven and they make their managers to play games with lying, making empty promises, forcing employees to do things, so their employees feel scared, disrespected and demotivated. - Those that use their own brains are punished, those that are obedient are rewarded even if they do not deliver value to the business. - The management does not give impression that the business is stable, so employees are feeling like they can be replaced any day, and usually people just disappear (and no one knows why). - Micromanagement is also one of the things that they do whenever some things needs to be done, and they do not allow you to use your own brain.. you need to be an obedient worker, but they speak about "we are consultants, we are owning our expertise". - The contract is containing illegal requirements in which the company wants to take everything from you, including what you do after working hours. Many employees sue the company for these kinds of things. - There is almost no processes for following the progress of KPI's, and that's how they prolong raises, bonuses.. until someone leaves. - Salaries less than market standards, yet the management tells that they give "the best salaries in the country". - Unplanned workloads, putting many people at once on projects, and just dispersing them to whatever management sees relevant.

Pros

There is nothing positive about this company

Cons

They have very small number of seniors. They are always looking for juniors who will work on projects but no one will make the code reviews so the junior can't do the right job and learn from somoene who is more experienced. The salaries are very low and the developers usually are working on two projects for two different clients - but they don't know. Extra hours are not paid by the company.

Pros

- Company has good and friendly environment. - Regular team-buildings and after-work parties. - Everyone is willing to help and support (good team work). - The company tolerates when someone makes mistakes. - The company contains generally honest and dedicated people. - Management is transparent in most of the things.

Cons

- Not the best salaries (comparatively from what market defines). - Sometimes, they have low utilization of people, and messy planning on projects. - Many complaints to HR for stupid or irrelevant reasons (drama included). - Management promotes roles based on ass-kissing, not on real competence. - Management tolerates when someone toxic is in the team and all they do is warn, but not act. - Sometimes there is 40% more work or overtime, and management does not resolve the problem, or they consult you to "come later".

Pros

The company tries hard to convince you that you are a family

Cons

Lots of nepotism, gossiping, low salaries, and only the ones leaning towards the management are given a chance to grow. Selective approach is a terrible move.
