Small organization with opportunity for advancement. Very friendly staff at corporate office. Company has a vision and understanding of industry.
Cons
Small organization with sub-par benefits. There are not many resources available for assistance on projects. Expected to travel 100% of the time or relocate to remote location. Salary ranges for your team members will be below market value. Execution of needed solutions is very poor. IT support is almost non-existent.
