      Pros

      1) No positive point, everything is worst here. 2) You will receive timely salary. 3) Company looks good from outside but from inside, its a mess. Only incompetent people are in the top. 4) They only make false promises with people at the time of interview joining. Once you are in you will start feeling cheated. 5) Only female employees get good opportunities, extra benefits, special attention and higher designations. No opportunities and scope for male employees and rest of the hardworking employees who have spent sleepless nights doing work. (You know what i mean) 6) Management has responsibility only for handful of people, rest of the employees are treated worthless.

      Cons

      1) Management knows how to take advantage of employees like, delaying appraisals and make them work more, Will order food in lieu of making employees sit in office for more than 14-15 hours, assigning tasks which are impossible and making employees feel that they don't deserve to be in the organization. (Why don't you see this while recruiting?) 2) Hire freshers from colleges, make them work on projects without training and later do not pay them the promised amount. 3) Employer makes employees think as if they are learning a lot, but actually they are just wasting their valuable time. 4) No proper planning of the company. Waste employees time. 5) No work life balance, once you make a mistake of joining this company forget Saturdays and Sundays. 6) Worst company culture.

      As a part of the leadership team at mroads, It truly makes me sad to see reviews like this because mroads is built on a culture of happiness and we provide one of the best if not the best culture for learning, and this is not a fair representation of mroads. Over the last three years, mroads offshore development salaries have increased by 300%. We are in the culture of innovation, for solving some of the tough problems, we require people with talent and also put a lot of effort to solve it. We have a great deal of confidence in our future. Lastly, I really feel sorry that we could not add more value in the learning process for you in the last three years, We wish you all the best for your future endeavors.

      Strong future ahead in AI and Machine Learning space

      -The company has some good leadership at the very top and they strongly encourage and develop interns as well. - Strong in AI and focus has been added to Machine Learning in the past few months. Work culture is nice with average age in mid 20s. - Certain current employees are quite knowledgeable and lift up the standard. - Investing into certain offbeat areas which shows aggressive expansion intent

      - Alternate Saturdays are working . - Pay is slightly on the lower side for a regular employee

      -no targets -no rules -always politics - free liquior at office for the freshers which depends in their plans -employees treated partially -insulted every hard working employee and encouraged every rude employee
