Cons
1)Bad space for senior software engineers as the company is not well established when it comes to proper management and quality of work. 2)Health of an employee is not a consideration here, people work for 15-20 hours daily and not paid at least 75% of what some people deserve. 3)You are given a task and asked every 5 mins whether work is completed by manager. 4)No proper documentation for the projects, every feature is just a word from mouth, with out any proper analysis. 5)Productivity cannot be measured from no of hours worked , because employees should be given the space of self learning , family life balance. 6)Working many Sundays, 70% of your day goes to office, no work life balance basically. 7)12 Normal leaves, 6 sick leaves and 2 maternal leaves. And no saturday offs (Recently started giving alternate saturday offs). 8)Every day have late night coding hours. 9)No hikes are given to any employee from 2years on words 10)No appraisal 11)Always politics 12)Hire freshers from colleges, make them work on projects without training and later do not pay them the promised amount. 13)Employer makes employees think as if they are learning a lot, but actually they are just wasting their valuable time. 14)Bad cafeteria that only serves tea/coffee and special persons(including freshers) only eat lunch boxes in that cafeteria. 15)The interview is difficult and long. 16)Provided Fruits in the evening last month 25 days only. And taken Rs.500 from each employee. 17)No recognition of hard work employee 18)Insulted every hard working employee and encouraged every rude employee 19)No proper planning of the company. Waste employees time. 20)Worst company culture.
