      Pros

      Fun and kind coworkers, meaningful work, office with RIDICULOUS mountain views on all sides (and a view of DTLA, I mean come on), free snacks and beverages, flex-time, work from home every Friday, low-stress and non-toxic work environment and expectations, pretty good health care benefits, the building just put in a tenant amenity lounge with a gym so that's pretty cool... Office is centrally located with tons of lunch options within walking distance.

      Cons

      Horrible parental leave policy: one single week, whether you gave birth or not. Could have a better vacation policy, but it's not as insulting as the parental leave.

      the salaries are at the lower end of the scale...and regardless how good you are its hard to get a competitive raise....i wish i could give a 2.5

      Pros

      mobileforming is a great place to work and the people I get to work with every day are nothing short of awesome. I love my boss and my team (crazy, I know), and probably most importantly, I don't dread waking up in the morning when I come to work. Our start time is very flexible which is a huge plus for me (I'm an early bird, others not so much), and the work is fun and I am very happy to be here.

      Cons

      If I had to say anything negative, it would be that I have to commute to get here. Fortunately our schedule is flexible so I miss most of the traffic. Plus I get to listen to audio books along the way so it's really not so bad.
