      Horrible Work Environment won't let you leave

      Pros

      Salary is not delayed much No training provided, so you figure things out yourself

      Cons

      Hardwork is not rewarded, increments are delayed by 8-12 months and then are less than 5% If you try to leave, you will be threatened with bad recommendations and no salary for notice period. To get any approvals you need to follow hierarchy and wait endlessly.
