      Some really knowledgeable people within the company that are really good at what they do if management let them have free rein.

      Cons

      One of the worst employers I ever worked for. Management does not know what they are doing. Would not recommend.

      Weak leadership means difficult contract / project scenarios, poor customer management, and lack of accountability.

      Poor senior management with a history of inability when managing difficult projects and clients. Contracts designed to win bids as opposed to delivering realistic solutions.
