      Pros

      -Exciting projects on latest technology(IoT). -Great opportunity to learn a lot especially for freshers. -They give opportunity for freshers without looking for past experience. - Startup culture with open minded, friendly and supportive people around.

      Cons

      As it is a startup setup and a growing company, it might take some time to get some things done. But all i want to tell is that please have patience, do your learning part well, contribute your best to the company, rest everything will fall in place with time.
