U.K. Management is abusive to its staff. I left there in Feb '16 but am still experiencing health problems due to the stress and intense abuse I received at the hands of the UK management.
They are not a consulting business, they are a contracting recruitment business. They lie to their clients.
Management (UK MD) is dishonest and stupid. They have no management skills and limited understanding of commercial positioning. U.K. Management belittles staff to their faces and then talks about them behind each other's back. U.K. Management reveals salary details in order to create tension between each other. Even to some people who worked there years, they still talk about them behind their back.
I have seen people go on long term sick and have relationship problems with their partners due to the management culture of abuse.
CEO seems to be a good man. Although uk management has a lot of equity in the business and it seems as though they can clean out the terrible and unpleasant people there.
Please do not work here, it hurt your confidence and health and you will not earn any money.
