      Pros

      The benefits package is great- the lunches, snacks and fully-comped healthcare, as well as the trip to the Bahamas.

      Cons

      All those perks,yet they can't retain staff! The turnover is extremely high. Personally I believe the management culture is the cause. The SLT are actually ok, but the CEO is a total control freak who insists on being involved in EVERY aspect on the day to day running. Like, literally every decision. The middle managers are either incompetent or full of it.

      Honest Review - Overall It's a good company

      Pros

      Overall the company is good in terms of technology, culture, relation work-environment. They take care of their employees. It's always very challenging to work here and you work with a small team of developers (this in IT) that are very good technically I actually learned a lot, worked with some new technologies because in work we had the liberty to try them, do some hackthons and actually change the product. Good package, holiday, healthcare, bonus, Xmas presents (first company to give amazon voucher from $250 to $2000), trip to florida with cruise.

      Cons

      We are a bit isolated from what exactly needs to be done. People are nice in general, for me it didn't work out in terms of personality, it doesn't mean it wouldn't work for someone else.

      1. Fast paced fun and vibrant place to work 2. Have a strong team of talented people - so many learning opportunities 3. Great product with tons of happy customers 4. Ample travel and progression opportunities 5. They offer pension, health care and have a company wide bonus scheme. 6. Leadership have a clear vision and provide regular updates to keep us in the loop. To mention but a few of the many many benefits.

      Cons

      None that stand out for me - you'll work hard, love doing it and get rewarded for it. If you are looking for a relaxed 9-5 job then you may see this as a con.
