This job is not for you if you can't survive a "fast paced"environment. If you fall behind and struggle to understand concepts in a quick manner, you're screwed and they will terminate you right away.
You have no chance to learn or improve if you get something wrong the first time- something most companies will give you the opportunity and not immediately terminating.
This is an entry level position and their expectations are too high- they're struggling to find people because of this. You either get the concepts or you don't and you're out.
Expect unpaid overtime on top of that because management was so disorganized and decided to schedule QAQC the day before the deadline- so you either get what's said to you in a rapid manner (with no time to understand the *why*) or you're screwed and terminated after that.
Your own team will talk behind your back so be careful on what you share here. Never assume your job is safe and run when you spot something suspicious.
No warnings, no PIPs, no notices. One mistake and you're out.
