Lots of opportunities to learn - if you put yourself out there and leadership has time to train.
Cons
No formal HR for over 2 years. Disorganized. Reactive company. Executive team picks favorites and if you aren’t one of them, good luck advancing. Under pay and over work engineers. Have to walk on eggshells around executive team. Leadership has their hands in too many buckets and quality of work gets lost because of that.
