Shady management- They actually brag about their high turnover rate as if it is a sign of how prestigious and rigorous their training is. Please, it is a complete joke and they set ridiculously high expectations. You are expected to teach yourself the job no one actually trains you. How can you expect someone to learn the job if no time is given to actually digest the information? Certain members of management talk down to you as if you were a child and question your every move. Very depressing and shady environment.

CSR's are underpaid, the schedule doesn't allow for a good work/home balance, advancement opportunities are not openly communicated to all CSR's, management doesn't seem to care about CSR issues, CSR's go a whole year without any type of review so you never know how you're doing.
