Pros
Great location, parking is free and accessible, co-workers (CSR's) are nice and helpful.
Cons
CSR's are underpaid, the schedule doesn't allow for a good work/home balance, advancement opportunities are not openly communicated to all CSR's, management doesn't seem to care about CSR issues, CSR's go a whole year without any type of review so you never know how you're doing.
