Pros
Great culture, the culture is based on the people and the energy/focus they bring to their roles; people are focused on delivering quality software/solutions to clients, and this makes it a really positive atmosphere to work in.
Cons
It could be viewed as a con, but I actually view it as a positive; with any new/growing company, people tend to get involved in different activities/areas, this tends to occur less in large companies; hence, if you are a developer but like interacting with the business, or you are a business analyst but would like to liaise more closely with IT, capSpire will afford you these opportunities.
