Really smart team, especially in operations; excellent software engineers who we able to make frequent and impactful progress on the application, ambitious leadership team focused on compliance and profitability

Cons

Work-life balance was almost non existent, especially in operations, many of the markets where the business launched were not well understood beforehand which lead to many operational challenges that may have been prevented or avoided
