Pros

The team I worked with were great, everyone was very friendly and lovely to be around and work with. Hours were flexible, taking time off was easy. Weekly pay was nice. 13 per hour + 4% holiday pay included each week.

Cons

Management is entirely disconnected from the happenings at location. It was often chaotic due to this. They treated it more like an investment than a business. I was let go without warning on vague grounds, and asked not to complete the remaining shifts which I had rostered. I was let go over phone which came across as flippant, cowardly and ultimately unprofessional - which I found to be reflective of the management at Zero Latency Ireland. The 0-hour contract allows for greater flexibility as an employee but also allows for them to do this. Any semblance of warning before being let go is the bare minimum, this occurred to multiple of my colleagues at the company. High turnover rate.

Pros

They pay you on call, so that means paid lunches. Usally get free pizza on busy weekends.

Cons

Will fire you out of know where for false reasons. It happened to my friend and I. It happened two weeks apart and just as they employed more staff. They will fire you on a whim.

Pros

Fun staff environment, pretty laid back and you can use your phone. Get to play the games if there is free time

Cons

Management is really poor. They have no idea what is going on and always blame the staff for issues when it’s really the tech. Never listen to feedback and never implement changes. Supervisors are brought in and trained by existing staff and are unfit to do the job. No promotion opportunities as they will hire out to under cut pay. No holidays, bank holiday pay it’s worked into your hourly which screws over full timers. Always feeling like you are one step away from being fired
