      Left company due to internal politics and poor leadership

      Pros

      - Company had a decent growth for last few years and probably a fair amount of fudging with numbers as they had 3 heads of finance/cfo during my one year there - Frat boys culture and maybe some people like it - Autonomy in your role

      Cons

      - CEO has no ownership or strategic vision. High on culture with no strategy and was a no show at some investor meetings without any explanation. - Top leadership has no vision or standing of their own - New COO brought in by the founder is now running a one man show - Inexperienced SDR team - Entrenched sales reps create road blocks at every step for new sales and demand gen reps - Product has significant feature gaps and release time is 1 year behind the sales/marketing selling the features to opportunities

      Untrustworthy Leadership/Exec Team

      Pros

      -Full stocked kitchen -Frequent company/team happy hours (to try and boost morale) -Beautiful office with rooftop -A lot of GREAT people work here, unfortunately we are bonded by misery and frustration

      Cons

      -Executive team is untrustworthy and simply tries to silence the negative feedback coming from the ground level. This starts from the top...CEO has made many disrespectful comments to entry-level employees -Promotion track for SDRs is a 1/million shot IF you are the very best performer AND are an expert in office politics -Company will not accept negative feedback. As soon as this posts, someone will respond with a false positive to counteract the negative glassdoor score. Reciprocity, take actual action to right the ship... if you do not, you will lose the remaining "good workers".

      Puts the "Cult" in "Culture"

      Pros

      This company takes Passive Aggressiveness to an entirely new level. When a company mentions "you're like family here," that's a huge red flag. If you're in the "inner circle," and can kiss the right egos, you will do well for yourself.

      Cons

      Management is totally clueless. Talks down to their reports, has no clear direction nor moral compass, power hungry, ego maniacs, and values only those that agree with them. Best to know this before going in. Some things are just "off," and the functional areas are disconnected. You will see what I mean if this is your last resort. This site is transparent, unlike their management tribe who "claim" to be. Secret meetings are happening all the time all around you.
