-Full stocked kitchen -Frequent company/team happy hours (to try and boost morale) -Beautiful office with rooftop -A lot of GREAT people work here, unfortunately we are bonded by misery and frustration
Cons
-Executive team is untrustworthy and simply tries to silence the negative feedback coming from the ground level. This starts from the top...CEO has made many disrespectful comments to entry-level employees -Promotion track for SDRs is a 1/million shot IF you are the very best performer AND are an expert in office politics -Company will not accept negative feedback. As soon as this posts, someone will respond with a false positive to counteract the negative glassdoor score. Reciprocity, take actual action to right the ship... if you do not, you will lose the remaining "good workers".
