      Flexible Hours Simple Work Good Benefits to make up for Equity / Salary comp

      Cons

      Management was awful - this could be a case study in micromanagement. No clear mission or vision. Clear division between CEO & CFO and rest of company.

      Startup that has people with tons of experience. Good pay

      Cons

      Many - management is flaky. Changes on a whim. Lack of customer respect. Ready fire aim approach to everything

      Pros

      This company offered great benefits, was flexible with time off request. Mostly everyone in management was approachable and always willing to listen. The CEO was down to earth and wanted what was best not only for the company but his employees.

      Cons

      Growth was slow, while being told to always ask for more opportunities. Felt unheard at times. The Pros do out weigh the cons, even more so that I have heard after I left, changes were made.
