I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zebit (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Interviewed remotely with a senior level HR employee. The interview was very unstructured and unplanned, especially for a human resources position. The interviewer did make the opportunity sound like it was a 'catch all', where the employee would be doing a lot of work, many hours, with other employees who were difficult. So either the interviewer wasn't putting the company and employees in a positive light, or they were being very honest. I would consider this neutral since I was able to detect some red flags about this company pretty easily. I'm grateful to the interviewer for being so transparent, as I was able to make a decision to not move forward.

Question 1
How do you handle hiring managers who aren't responsive?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zebit (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
Basic interview, nothing special. They brought in the departments you'd be working will and they asked you the normal questions. Overall a nice quick and easy process. They kept you up to date on everything that was going on within the interview.

Question 1
What is your history working with (specific tools)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Zebit (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
Interviewed through an external recruiter. The conversation was easy going and conversational, and I was afforded a look into the culture of this remote only business. The interviewer was very honest when asked about vacation, culture, and company values. She clearly believed in what the organization was doing. The transparency of the interview helped inform my decision to decline- while it wasn't the right opportunity for me, the process was pleasant.
