salary is above average, work life balance excellent.
Cons
micro management, too much hierarchy for such a small company. not listening to employees. horrible code quality and outdated tech stack. no time/opportunity to grow.

-Fast moving startup environment where you can work on pretty much anything you want -Modern and interesting technologies -Everyone trusts each other to get their jobs done -Flexible working hours and great work/life balance -Extremely generous PTO compared to US companies -Good healthcare (in my experience at least) -Competitive salary I was unfortunately laid off, but I would come back to work here in a heartbeat. Great place where I was genuinely excited to go to work every day.
