Pros

Cons
The only real disadvantage would be the attraction of committed and motivated Recruiters. The office is not in a major city (more a smaller town), so city life is a little further away. However if you have the right mentality, the work-life balance is exceptional, being so close to the beach, cities and outdoor adventure locally.
