Pros

- The client list and reputation in the market is incredible - New office by Euston is great - Really lovely team - super collaborative, easy to get on with, and some really strong billers to work with

Cons

Over the last 12-18 months it’s been sad to see a few people leave, but these were mostly people who weren’t billing well

Weird people work here so it can be entertaining

Cons

Working at Xcede has been a frustrating experience. The office location is terrible, making it difficult to get to work. The management feels outdated and disconnected, and there's a noticeable lack of appreciation for employees. Diversity seems to be an afterthought, with clear favorites among long-term employees who seem to hold onto their positions without any push for change. The internal processes are chaotic, often flipping between policies without any clear direction. The culture leans toward emotional manipulation rather than fostering genuine connections or using emotional intelligence. It's a toxic environment labeled as "emotional sales," but it often feels like "dirty sales." Overall, I believe there are much better companies out there that truly value their employees. If you’re looking for a supportive workplace, I would recommend steering clear of Xcede.

Pros

- some of the best recruiters to learn from and work alongside - there are some incredible billers! - client list is ridiculous - 40% commission scheme is one of the best around, but threshold can be frustrating sometimes - incentives are great - hybrid working - hiring/retaining a diverse workforce has been hard, but recently hired a Head of D,E&I who is ace and will help them on their journey

Cons

- there has been some churn recently, but most have been back office or under performers - office is in a great location but needs some TLC
