Pros

Free lunches on Fridays Exciting Technology Access to the latest hardware Great team Great benefits package

Cons

Poor leadership (looking at you A. K). Rampant favouritism (regardless of ability, spend more time trying to make friends than doing your work and you'll be fine.) No room for advancement (it's a job not a career) Inconsistent salaries (new hires often paid more than existing staff with better qualifications and experience)

Pros

Friday lunches and a few Friday's off in the summer.

Cons

There is no company moral. The CEO is an introvert that tries to avoid any conversation with his employees. We all sit at our desks and try not to talk, put our headphones in and do our 8 Hours. There is no sense of belonging and the town halls usually get cancelled last minute because the COO is “busy”. No career path, as one on ones with management don’t really happen. They try to come off as “cool” and cutting edge but, it’s the opposite.

Pros

Some perks like Friday lunches and massage Tuesdays. A few 4-day weekends throughout the summer. The people are pretty great for the most part. Some high profile clients. You can really learn a lot, very quickly, just from completing day to day tasks. If you can shut out the daily drama and BS and focus on your work, you could potentially do well here.

Cons

Management is not approachable. There's no vision from leadership. No inspiration, no encouragement, no recognition or appreciation for hard work. The person sitting to your left works 10 hour days. The person sitting to your right works 10 hour days. It's expected that you also work 10 hour days. You either become a workaholic or you burn out. Working from home is not accepted. Preferential treatment from management to a nauseating extent. No rhyme or reason for it; working hard or being an invaluable part of the operation doesn't correlate with receiving good treatment.
