Micromanagement, no clear vision, salary differences, backstabbing, no transparency, no clear corporate policies. They don't care about people's problems, they just promote yes-doers.

The colleagues, really profesional and good talent. The office The views

Cons

Lack of good leadership in the management level. Some directors doesn't trust on people and make you feel disputed all time making you feel that you are not good profesional. They only trust on other directors opinions and don't support employees. Bad management in general.
