      - Great opportunity to get in on the ground floor in a tech company pre-IPO - Goal to IPO in 2024 - Great compensation and benefits - Willing to invest in sales, customers etc. No skimping on delivering for customers/prospects benefits - Good exposure to Execs and ability to learn from them

      - Have to be able to work things out for yourself at the start. No problem if you are able to work independently - Each employee is given a lot of responsibility. Start up culture
