      Good flexibility and benefits but culture and growth needs work

      Pros

      Fun and collaborative environment where teamwork is encouraged. Flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance. Strong benefits package, including a shared scheme.

      Cons

      Favouritism: some underperformers are overlooked because they fit in socially/brand wise, while others who need support don't get it and are managed out. An underlying sense that things aren't as transparent or collegial as they appear on the surface. Limited opportunities for growth or promotion due to a relatively flat structure.

      -Good employee benefits including share options. -They like to have fun. -work/life balance.

      Cons

      -Calm on the surface, but extremely messy once you peel back the layers. -Direction of the business is always changing, usually based on opinion and who has the loudest voice rather than evidence. -Favouritism in terms of who gets promoted -Some poorly hired managers.
