Pros

I was the night safety attendant at the Akron, Ohio location. After reading some of these reviews I feel I was very lucky. My manager explained in detail what my job would consist of, yes it was demanding and some days (especially the weekends) it was exhausting, but I always felt appreciated. Never had any problems with upper management, in fact i learned a lot about the extended stay industry and found it very interesting. Great job Akron team! Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Cons

I guess one con of my position was being under staffed on weekends. It's not easy to run an entire hotel with 2-3 people, but I did learn that it is possible!
