Pros

Great team spirit. Nice office/location. A lot of talent across the different departments.

Cons

A bunch of talented people that have little to no recognition. A big hype built around the growth of the company and then everyone is out of a job! Company made employees invest a lot of their time on projects, many times at the expense of their personal time, and then, Dublin office to close. Company with a very bad reputation so you feel like you've invested your time and effort into a company that you might think twice to have on your CV.

There are some great people. The free lunches on Fridays but that's just to appease every one.

Cons

The lies. Bad management in customer service and fraud. Lack of appreciation for their employees. Management don't really care if your good at your job. Total lack of management skills.

Pros

Most of the tech people are very smart and talented. Good location and modern office. Salary is ok. Friendly people that makes you enjoy your day. Challenging projects. Good teams and friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Horrible management that ruined the culture, teams or projects. There is no place to grow these days. There is no recognition most of the times. The best talent and the original guys are leaving. Most of the time your opinion is not asked - just presented with the fact. You can't grow unless you agree blindly to the middle management (clueless) even if some of the things makes no sense. They used to be very open and transparent in the past but now it's gone. It's all about management fight over power.
