Horrible management that ruined the culture, teams or projects. There is no place to grow these days. There is no recognition most of the times. The best talent and the original guys are leaving. Most of the time your opinion is not asked - just presented with the fact. You can't grow unless you agree blindly to the middle management (clueless) even if some of the things makes no sense. They used to be very open and transparent in the past but now it's gone. It's all about management fight over power.
