      Great training program does not discriminate against being young and wanting to join the motor trade in sales or other sectors good management 1 hour lunch break.

      Cons

      Cant park on site but that happens in many other businesses.

      Pros

      Wilsons is full of really good people to work with across all of the departments. Good career prospects, as internal promotion/progression is encouraged. Fast paced environment means you learn a lot very quickly!

      Cons

      Long hours - but that could just be the industry!
