      Pros

      Wilsons is full of really good people to work with across all of the departments. Good career prospects, as internal promotion/progression is encouraged. Fast paced environment means you learn a lot very quickly!

      Long hours - but that could just be the industry!

      Staff progression encouraged Company supportive when called upon Pay competitive Staff events organised throughout the year General atmosphere of site and staff very good, the company have always had some really great people
