Pros

You get to run your business unit as you need. There is a promotion of an agile/entrepreneurial spirit within the company. They rely heavily on 3PL with loading the trailers and there seems to be great responsiveness with internal and external customer needs.

Cons

Lack of clear direction. Making some of the simplest processes complicated. Excessive meetings. Lack of actual cultural and heritage diversity. Pay is not consistent with industry standards for management within the NJ/NYC/tri-state area. You can get a better paying job at the same level somewhere else.
