I love working for this company. Leadership is good at recognizing when extra effort is being put forth and acting accordingly. There is room for growth, generous unlimited PTO, and open communication at all times betwen departments.

Cons

Workdays can be quite chaotic and mentally draining. Leadership does sometimes fail to recognize the mental toll that comes alongside the roles within the company. Would like to see a little more emphasis on company culture with less hand holding. However, all in all, fantastic company.
