      Pros

      The experience at the company is beneficial as headhunting is like sales, can practice one's communication skills, and building relations with diverse people in the business world.

      Cons

      As a new company, the partners are not having a stable distribution of their resources, thus there are a lot of change in the company going on all the time, regardless of the feeling and interest of its employees completely.

      Pros

      Professional consulting, learning and development, good reputation, many different brands, opportunity to work in different fields. Good place for consultants.

      Cons

      Working style was too slow, no interesting projects came in. Other employees were not very welcoming and boss lead a rigid regime. All in all it was an interesting experience to work there, but as productivity and motivation are not so high, I felt like wasting my time and energy.
