      Pros

      3D printing space is awesome, building a sweet tech stack and experience but we're moving way too slow.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, poor lines of communication, no follow through, lots of wrong people in the wrong positions, no planning, bad morale, no sales, staff cuts make it seem like a sinking ship and I'm getting nervous.

      Employees are over-worked, micromanaged, and berated. I won't even get into the toxic company culture.
