Invites ideas Culture - Professional and sensitive to employee needs Most enjoyable - helping educators and administrators, removing one small stressor from their day Work at home or office, SUPPORTIVE admin (laid off due to losses during COVID)

Learning vast amount of information, mostly on your own, to answer questions ... and pinpointing location of resources from various locations within the company resources

Incompetent people are not fired Leadership can’t lead Great staff leave due to new staff being hired to do similar jobs with unclear division of roles High performing people called on to do more than others Vast differences in salaries not tied to skills or hours
