      Very Approachable management. Very easy to give your opinion in the regular drop-in sessions and engagement meetings. I feel valued as an employee in Westerwood Global. Every employee is friendly and very easy to work alongside.

      Many thanks for the feedback. We have put a lot of effort into trying to improve our culture. And by and large the feedback we are receiving back is positive. But we haven't finished yet. Over the next year we will be introducing some programmes that hopefully will improve the work environment furter.       Thanks for your review. The company provide for annual reviews each year. You are quite correct we are a gateway to working directly with our customer if you are have the right attitude and work hard. We make no secret that we cannot offer the same benefits as our customer who are a billion dollor industry.
