Ethics - they preach on "Do the right thing" - that point is driven home as well as making sure everyone has clear and practical path to be successful in whatever they do. Mgt very available - willing to invest to improve.
Cons
There are still a few people who don't exhibit the values and just focus on themselves. Not the place if you're not 100 percent capable of making rapid progress - very high expectations. Old mgt used to not make the tough decisions when someone was dragging team down - that seems to have gotten better with the new mgt team and system they are using.

Thank you for your review. As you know, the culture at VBS is special and what I believe is a true differentiator. David
This is a dynamic company that has strong leadership, experienced staff, and is laser focused on customer satisfaction. VBS has a set of core values that inspires it's team to go above and beyond to provide a clear and practical path to it's customers to achieve success. VBS feels like a family team environment, and leadership is always accessible for support, mentoring and coaching.
Cons
VBS is set up in a virtual work setting, which could be a challenge for some people who are used to a traditional office environment. It does require discipline and an adjustment to work/life balance.

I appreciate the positive review and your suggestions and will share them. David
Working in a virtual environment allows for work life balance, which is very important to this company. Management is very flexible and considerate.
The team at VBS is very knowledgeable and willing to share their wisdom with team members.
There is no micromanagement, and is a great environment for motivated individuals.
Helping customers improve their business on a strategic level is very fulfilling.
Cons
Working in a virtual environment can be difficult for some, must be a motivated individual. Advice - you have to know when to stop working - it will always be there when you work from home and it is easy to work long hours.
Communication in a virtual environment can be tricky as many tend to rely on email - a phone call is the best way to clear up miscommunication and get clarity.

I am glad that you mentioned one of our Core Values of Life Balance! And, I do agree communication in a virtual environment can be challenging. If you aren't already, try calling the team instead of emailing and using the video call option on Ring Central which I find very helpful. Let Becky know if you need additional RC support.
