Okay pay, free gym & courses

Cons

Expected to do sales as a Fitness Instructor, that's not what we studied. You have sales people for that exact reason. Low Pay: Pay was way too low for the rubbish we put up with management that cannot manage. Can't do their job, they get in trouble and we get the complaints in turn. They even started to give out warnings for instructors not making sales targets. Let that sink in, A Fitness Instructor, who qualified to instruct fitness & teach correct form...are told to make sales and hit sales targets. That logic is just baffling
