The work itself is engaging and challenging. I feel like I'm constantly being pushed to improve and develop my skills. Vebess is in an industry that's experiencing a lot of growth, transportation is booming and there's a real sense of potential for the future.
Cons
As HR manager, I'm often tasked with handling difficult situations or conflicts, which can be stressful and emotionally draining. The company is still working on building out its HR policies and procedures, which can make it challenging to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
