I had the opportunity to work at VanHack and connect with companies in North America and Europe which allowed me to have a very important network of connections and interact with different types of companies mostly related to software development. What I valued most was the autonomy and independence with which you are allowed to work in the company, always having a team that supports you and puts into practice the values of the organization. Undoubtedly an exceptional place where you are exposed to a global work environment. I had the privilege to meet the CEO, as a CEO in the organization he is a person who is constantly working to move the team forward, as a person he is a great person to hang out with and share, hopefully, it will happen again sometime. I'll miss my team a lot!
