Let me get you the high lights. 1) You will not get salaries for 2-3 months some times 2) If you leave your job all the pending money will be put on hold indefinitely , if you dont believe me ask any guy you has left valforma - really bad that they make you work day and night and you dont get your salaries 3) No benefits 4) Low salaries

You can work on different technologies.

1. No salary on time,Sometimes delays by 2 months. 2.No Response from HR whenever needed. 3.No emails provided by them for the communication of delayed salary. 4.Hike Letter problem, they will give after 4 months. 5. Reimbursement pending from last 2 years. In short, management needs to think about the people working with them. Profits if any employees should also be benefited.

Salary never paid on time, many good employees left - Management team with full "EGO & BOSSISM" - employees who already left didn't get final Settlement & releving. - valforma send it's employees to work in middle East countries without a business visa.. they use tourist visa for travel and don't pay allowance for onsite work... - NO SAFETY for employees when the travel onsite - No system in place for basic employee management
