      Pros

      Vitec is a fairly easy going and flexible company and has several offices in the US and Europe. It would be a good choice for people who like to travel.

      Cons

      There is much age, nationality, and even religious prejudice. Management is absurdly outdated and essentially structured like a feudal system that values only relationships rather than competent service to the company. Middle management is full of conflicts of interest. Lots of software piracy at this company.

      Pros

      If you can stand the stench then it is possible to develop personally. The company does have some pretty cool customers and some interesting technology.

      Cons

      Small minded people. One of my bosses had me waste time tracking down what all of the different taxes were on a rent-a-car receipt.

      Favoritism is big here Lots of big egos lead to poor work culture The company grows too fast and can't keep up with it's self Remote and distant management Limited Growth Opportunities High Workloads Knowledge of products is very limited Lack of Transparent Policies Benefits package is mediocre Onboarding process is nonexistent
