      Pros

      Urban Splash is a great place to work. Brilliant people, amazing projects and fantastic perks.

      Cons

      In parts there isn't structured processes compared to other companies that I have worked for, however this is definitely improving.

Hopefully as you know I am genuinely interested and welcome everyone's feedback, as we can only improve and evolve together, our family. It is great that you are beginning to see improvements in our processes and structures. I agree in some areas we are not quite as a strong as we could be, though like you I am now also beginning to see and feel the improvements (which we will be continually reviewing and improving through our workflows and review sessions) Thank you once again, Gemma

      Horrific Company and Senior Management Team

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing positive to say about working for this company

      Cons

      Won't pay you what you are owed yet promote company investment after leaving over 150 people immediately without salary and redundancy as well as putting suppliers and sub contractors at risk of administration due to non payment. People unable to pay their bills, feed their families whilst the management promptly moved on and washed their hands of it all Like to look good on the socials, the reality is somewhat different to what they portray.
